DIRECTIONS:
Take the B3137 from Tiverton towards Witheridge. After about 5.5 miles, turn left, signed Cruwys Morchard. Continue past the village hall on your right and at the bend where the road forks turn left and carry on past the church. When you reach the junction at the top of the hill, turn left and follow this road until you see a lane with the sign for Little Heath ahead of you on the bend. Follow this lane to the end where you will see the property on your left.
